In fact, attorney-referred clients make up approximately 75% of our client base and have accounted for the tremendous growth of our firm. When you refer a case to Bass Law, you can be confident that:
We will promptly pay referral fees on all attorney-referred cases in accordance with the requirements set forth by the State Bar of Georgia or The Florida Bar, depending on the jurisdiction.
We will promptly return phone calls and emails, regularly keep clients updated on their cases, aggressively fight for the best possible result and handle each case with the utmost professionalism. We understand that when you refer your personal injury clients to us,
We will balance aggressive representation with compassion and utilize our unique skills to obtain the utmost recovery for each client.
At your request, with attorney-referred cases, we are happy to provide you with periodic updates and to allow you as much or as little involvement in the case as you and the client desire.
When you enter into a Co-Counsel arrangement or local counsel arrangement with Bass Law, you can trust that:
We offer experience and expertise, as Dondra Bass O’Neal has handled personal injury cases for over 25 years and has experience representing and litigating cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. She has also tried cases in both state and federal courts in Georgia and Florida.
We will provide as much or as little support as you require on a matter.
