Dondra has been practicing law for over 25 years. Licensed by both the State Bar of Georgia and The Florida Bar, she has worked for a number of well-known firms throughout Georgia and Florida, including Thompson Goodis & Thompson, Hawkins & Parnell and Mozley, Finlayson & Loggins. Dondra spent the first 10 years of her career as a trial attorney primarily representing insurance companies by defending injury, death and property claims. Realizing that she often empathized with the injured individuals who lacked the resources and sophistication of the insurance companies they were fighting, Dondra opened Bass Law in 2006 to fulfill her dream of helping to level the playing field for these individuals. Dondra’s past experience provides the unique advantage of understanding how insurance companies operate and knowing the specific criteria used by insurance adjusters in their evaluations of claims.

For over a decade, Dondra has been an AV-rated attorney, the highest rating possible by Martindale-Hubbell, one of the most respected attorney rating firms in the U.S. This rating signifies that Dondra has been recognized by her peers for exceptional ability and strict ethical standards and displays the highest level of professional excellence. Dondra’s experience as a civil trial attorney combined with the level of attention given to each client’s case sets her apart from other attorneys and has allowed her to achieve great results for her clients. In fact, Bass Law is proud to state that the vast majority of its clients come from word-of-mouth referrals from former clients and referrals from other attorneys.

I think she is one of the excellent lawyers of this time and years of this decade and to come.
This was the second case Bass Law has handled for me. I was very happy with the results in both cases. I would recommend them to anyone that needs legal help.
Very positive woman! She kept me updated and in high spirits! She came through with all she said and got me the best outcome possible! I am very thankful and blessed for Mrs. O’Neal!
Dondra Bass O’Neal and Bass Law were incredibly responsive, immediate, concise, professional and respectful. Should I require assistance in the future, this is who I go to!
Not only did Bass Law change my life but she also saved it. You gave me confidence through your integrity!
The whole process was pleasant and easy. She worked hard on our case and got us the most that we possibly could and what we deserved. –
I would like to take this opportunity to extend my appreciation for your superior performance and hard work during my case. I highly recommend you to anyone who needs a good, professional attorney. Keep up the good work!
Excellent. Hate having legal problems but when and if I do, you’re the one I’m gonna call!
You were so very caring and made me feel confident that my case would be handled at your earliest convenience. You made me not be afraid to express myself, or worry about my transportation problems. You were my mouthpiece and treated me like a family friend. You took the stress and anxiety away because I was in a domestic violence shelter twice during my case. You were so professional along with whomever was helping at the time. It was a job “well done.” Thanks a million!
I found Ms. Bass to be very knowledgeable in motor vehicle accident claims and felt very comfortable due to her practicing in Florida and Georgia.
