Bass Law was established by Dondra Bass O’Neal to provide clients in her hometown of Savannah, Georgia, and its surrounding areas the benefit of her large firm experience and expertise in a small firm setting.
This allows a focus on the particular needs of each client and the handling of each client’s case with high priority. At Bass Law, we aggressively represent our clients while maintaining the professionalism and integrity that is sometimes lacking in the modern legal profession. Through client feedback, we have a proven record of providing exceptional services, obtaining outstanding results and being readily accessible to our clients.
INJURED?
If you have been injured and it is someone else’s fault, you need an experienced attorney on your side. You may have heard the expression, “Jack of all trades, master of none.” At Bass Law, we recognize that trying to handle too many areas of law leads to mediocrity. Since our firm only handles personal injury cases, Dondra O’Neal has the advantage of being one of the top Savannah personal injury attorneys.
While we sometimes handle other personal injury cases, Bass Law specializes in representing individuals injured in two primary areas of personal injury law: (1) motor vehicle accidents; and (2) crime victims. The types of motor vehicle accidents we handle generally involve injuries or wrongful death from automobile accidents, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, bus accidents or boating accidents. The crime victims that we represent in civil cases have often been injured in one of three ways: (1) motor vehicle collision with a DUI driver; (2) sexual abuse; or (3) assault. For a crime victim to have a viable civil claim for sexual abuse or assault, the incident generally must have taken place at a commercial property or the perpetrator was someone in a position of power or authority over the victim. In addition to compensation damages which are an element of a general personal injury claim, crime victims having civil claims are often entitled to an award of punitive damages which are used solely to penalize, punish or deter the individual or company against whom the claim is brought.
